Ben has over 30 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, originally working in the heavy fabrication sector with Brown & Root. For the last 24 years, Ben has been heavily involved in pipeline fabrication worldwide, including the UK, Norway, Brazil, USA, Australia, Egypt, Cyprus and New Zealand regions. He was previously a Director with Umax and then Serimax following the merger between Serimer and Umax. Over the last 5 years he led a start-up contracting business that has grown organically to be one of the leading providers of offshore pipeline fabrication services with an annual turnover exceeding $100 million.

Douglas has spent his career managing and leading businesses in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining RAE Energy, he spent twelve and half years at a Fortune 500 company in a number of executive leadership roles. As a strategic leader, he played a key role in the development of their Security platform and more recently led the efforts that established their Oil & Gas platform as the market leader in Offshore pipe fabrication. He is a dynamic business leader, whose strong strategic and team building skills, allow him to build growth businesses that last. His track record of success is built around a strong customer centric focus.

Richard has spent his entire career in Investment Banking, Merchant Banking and Private Equity. Prior to joining RAE Energy, he was a senior partner of Renaissance Group, an independent group focused on emerging market opportunities, where he oversaw the Group’s principal investment activities and was Chairman and Partner of the Group’s private equity funds. These activities comprised investment in and build-out of large scale businesses in a wide range of industries including forestry, agriculture, metals and mining, power generation, telecommunications and financial services. He brings to RAE Energy significant experience in building businesses.
